This recipe takes less than 10 minutes to prep and cook, and it satisfies any pizza craving.

Slice a zucchini into 1/4 inch rounds. Dab a small amount of extra virgin olive oil on each one and a dash of kosher salt, and place in the oven on broil for a few minutes. Pull out of the oven. Put a dab of Rao’s pizza sauce on each round, followed by some shredded mozzarella cheese and 3 mini pepperoni pieces. Top with dried oregano or Italian seasoning. Put back into the broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.

You can try this same process with different pizza types, such as mushrooms, beef, etc, or even Alfredo and chicken.
