If you ever need a quick mostly fat/moderate protein snack, then this is it. Very simple. Very tasty. Filling.

I can’t believe it took me 30 years to discover this. It’s literally the best thing ever and it takes 20 seconds to make.

Simply take 1 TBSP unsweetened almond butter, and 1 TBSP of salted grassfed butter, such as Kerrygold, and heat together in a microwave for 20 minutes. Stir to combine. Eat with a spoon.

This is 190 calories, 1.5g net carbs, 19g fat, and 3.5g protein.

If you need a larger snack simply double the recipe.
