I’ve experimented with several Keto Pizza crusts and recipes (see my Pizza category here) such as Fat-head and similar, and I think all of them are great. The problem, however, is that they can be time-consuming. Normally when a pizza craving hits, you want something quick. Something easy. Something tasty. If your non-keto spouse orders a pizza, then you want a keto pizza, but with little effort.

I recently stumbled upon a company that sells pre-made Cauliflower-based crust and honestly I cannot rave enough about how delicious they are. They taste nothing like cauliflower, and flavorful, and they are extremely convenient. Just pop a frozen crust in the oven for 20 minutes then bake on your toppings and melt your cheese! (Remember to use keto-friendly marinara sauce such as Rao’s (free of soybean oil or added sugars)).

The brand for the crust is called Cali’flour Foods, and you can find their site here. (Use discount coupon discount code ketoplates to get a discount!)

So what’s the difference between Cali’flour crusts and the ones you can find at Trader Joe’s or Publix, etc? Just look at the back! The ingredients and carb-count tell all. The ones you find in stores are still filled with many many non-keto ingredients and are over 100 carbs for the entire crust. The store-bought ones are marketed specifically to TRICK YOU into thinking they are healthy, but they are not. However, the Cali’flour crusts are legitimately and 100% Keto, and extremely low in carbs! Just 1 net carb per serving, or 3g net carb for the ENTIRE crust!

Here is the nutritional value of Cali’flour crusts:

Based on the package you buy, you can get the crusts for as little as $4.50 each. That’s cheaper than any store-bought pizza, and definitely significantly cheaper than delivery. Plus, you can store these in the freezer for MONTHS! I highly recommend these, and you can buy them here, (and don’t forget, use discount coupon code ketoplates to get an awesome discount). #califlourfoods

Note: These are also good crusts for those with a nut allergy, as these are nut-free.
