You just take all the ingredients you would put on a pizza crust, but instead put it on a plate and microwave it for about 30 seconds. And voila, platezza!
Pictured is 2 TBSP of Rao’s pizza sauce (Rao’s has no added sugar), 1/4 cup of mozzarella, and 6 pepperoni. Sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and oregano after microwaved.
This amount is 190 calories, 2g net carbs, 15.4g of fat, and 12g protein.
