This is an easy dish to make which gives you all the flavors of a pizza.

  • 1-2 pounds of grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 jar of no-sugar added pizza sauce, such as Rao’s
  • 2-3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh chopped onion
  • Your choice of Italian seasonings (oregano, basil, italian blend, etc)
  • 50 or so pepperonis
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  1. Preheat oven to 300 F
  2. In a large skillet, brown the beef with the onions and mushrooms. Add any seasonings of choice such as italian, oregano, basil, salt, pepper
  3. Layer a 9×13 baking dish with the following: Beef, half of pizza sauce jar, 1/2 of mozzarella, 1/2 of pepperonis; repeat one more time then sprinkle with more Italian seasonings and grated Parmesan
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
