Salmon is an ideal meal on Keto. It’s high in both fat and protein, and 0 carbs. It also gives you a good amount of Omega 3. It pairs well with Asparagus.

  • 1 salmon filet
  • 4 TBSP grass-fed salted butter
  • 1 TBSP dried dill, or 2 TBSP fresh chopped dill
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • Pink Salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Asparagus
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Make the butter sauce. Melt the 4 TBSP butter then add the dill and garlic. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Prep the salmon. Put a piece of foil on a baking sheet. Spray with coconut oil spray. Put the salmon skin side down, and sprinkle lightly with pink salt a pepper. Pour half the butter sauce on top and tent the foil over the salmon.
  4. Put in oven for 15 minutes. Start next steps while this is cooking.
  5. Prep the asparagus. Chop off the ends. Put a piece of foil on a baking sheet and spread the asparagus. Pour the rest of the butter sauce over top.
  6. Put the asparagus in the oven when there is about 10 minutes left on the salmon.
  7. Serve and pour butter sauce from the baking sheets over salmon and asparagus.
