Salmon is an ideal meal on Keto. It’s high in both fat and protein, and 0 carbs. It also gives you a good amount of Omega 3. It pairs well with Asparagus.
- 1 salmon filet
- 4 TBSP grass-fed salted butter
- 1 TBSP dried dill, or 2 TBSP fresh chopped dill
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Pink Salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- Asparagus
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Make the butter sauce. Melt the 4 TBSP butter then add the dill and garlic. Add a pinch of salt.
- Prep the salmon. Put a piece of foil on a baking sheet. Spray with coconut oil spray. Put the salmon skin side down, and sprinkle lightly with pink salt a pepper. Pour half the butter sauce on top and tent the foil over the salmon.
- Put in oven for 15 minutes. Start next steps while this is cooking.
- Prep the asparagus. Chop off the ends. Put a piece of foil on a baking sheet and spread the asparagus. Pour the rest of the butter sauce over top.
- Put the asparagus in the oven when there is about 10 minutes left on the salmon.
- Serve and pour butter sauce from the baking sheets over salmon and asparagus.
