What’s a Thanksgiving, Christmas, or holiday meal with Turkey without some cranberry sauce? If you’re looking to add cranberry sauce to your meal, try this recipe!

  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. In a sauce pan, boil the water with the cranberries until they crack.
  2. Remove cranberries with a slotted spoon so the water stays in the pan
  3. Smash the cranberries, stir in the sweetener, then stir in vanilla extract
  4. Enjoy warm or cold!

Please do understand that cranberries, while keto, do have some carbs. On keto, you can have a few berries and still stay in ketosis, but do not overdo this. A few spoonfuls of this sauce should be enough.

Some people also enjoy nuts or mint in their sauce. If this is you, feel free to add in something like shaved almonds, or crushed mint leaves.
