To make this, simply baste your chicken drumsticks in a sauce. Pictured is a sauce made out of half melted Kerrygold butter and half Frank’s hot sauce. Bake the chicken at 375 F in a baking dish, basting on a new layer of sauce every 10 minutes until fully cooked (~45 minutes). Serve with extra sauce for dipping.
