If you’re wanting something sweet, and you don’t want to wait awhile or spend too much effort, then effortless 2 minute keto cheesecake is probably a good option for you.
You will need:
- 1 TBSP grassfed butter (do not melt!)
- 1 TBSP coconut oil (do not melt!)
- 2 TBSP of full-fat cream cheese, or 2 TBSP mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp of Pyure or other keto-approved sweetener
- Optional: 14g of Lily’s chocolate chips
- Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Put all ingredients in a mug. Stir together with a spoon for a minute or two until everything is combined and smooth.
