If you have a craving for ice cream, try this out. It always hits the spot.
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 TBSP organic heavy whipping cream
- 8 frozen strawberries
- 1 TBSP granulated swerve or other similar keto-approved sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan gum (optional but this thickens it more)
- Optional: 1 TBSP or so of grass-fed pure whey protein, such as this one which helps thicken it even more and adds protein to the macros
