I had quite a few leftover Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosted Chocolate Cupcakes after I made a large batch, and had determined that I like the flavor better when they are warm instead of cooled or refrigerated, so I took the cupcakes and turned them into this Chocolate cake with vanilla cream cheese sauce.
The chocolate chips melt nicely into the cream cheese frosting, which turns into a delightful sauce after being microwaved.
- 1 or 2 Keto cupcakes
- 1 TBSP of Lily’s chocolate chips
- Simply unwrap a previously made and cooled keto cupcake, and place in the microwave, topped with Lily’s chocolate chips, for 30 seconds
